Today I ran on the treadmill. I am still in southern california and the feeble bay area traveller, just can't seem to handle the trails. It is 102 degrees here!

I ran with 2%incline, 5miles/hr speed and covered 4.5 miles. I think i faked it well. The treatmill is in a nice airconditioned room so i was indulging.

All in all, i am happy with the effort.
